THE POSITION: STACK is looking for a Construction Cost Analyst to assist the Finance and Construction teams in invoice and cost reporting, administration and support of finance and accounting systems to support construction activities, creation and support of purchase orders, and support of Construction and Finance processes. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly invoicing and cost summaries related to construction activities, including account totals related to project assets and expenses Create projects, vendor setup, and purchase orders and assist with processing and tracking of construction project progress Track and monitor capital commitments and approvals, including reviews of costs to meet capitalization polices and budget reconciliations Review and investigate construction project variances Support in project inquiries to meet liability and capital funding requirements Perform data research and analysis for the Construction and Finance teams Provide support to Construction and Finance systems and administration Ensure overall compliance of construction project costs with accounting policies and procedures THE DETAILS: Location: Hillsboro, OR, on-site Travel: Occasional, less than 10% Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass a comprehensive background screening MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience Experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting Advanced Excel skills 2 years of construction analysis or cost accounting experience preferred THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF: You're meticulous with high attention to detail.
