A bit about us:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Construction Attorney to join our Construction law group. This position focuses on reviewing bids and contracts, contract preparation and negotiation, and litigation involving design, delay and breach of contract issues. Work would include participation and preparation for mediation, trial, and appeals. Extensive experience in litigation and the ability to counsel clients in all aspects of construction law including procurement and contract preparation are requirements for this position including experience with American Institute of Architects (AIA) Contracts.

Job Details

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • JD Degree.
  • Admission the the NJ State Bar.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant construction law experience.
  • Research and interpret facts and law dealing with intricate problems and situations involving tort litigation, including defense of complex injury actions, and commercial litigation, including lender liability, business disputes, contract claims, trade secrets and other complex commercial transactions.
  • Extensive experience in litigation and the ability to counsel clients in all aspects of construction law including procurement and contract preparation are requirements for this position including experience with American Institute of Architects (AIA) Contracts.
