Construction Administrator Qualifications/Job Duties: - 5-10 years experience
- The candidate should have expertise in design, document production, and construction, along with knowledge of codes, construction processes, and contracts
- Must be willing to travel across the Southeast Region and meet the physical demands of a construction site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential
- Possession of CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator certification and familiarity with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam are advantageous
