Job Description:We are assisting our San Antonio, TX client in search for a Construction Accountant. This role will be responsible for preparing draws, preparing project financial statements, and monitoring cash balances for projects.
Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly construction draws.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Process ACH payments.
- Prepare and record journal entries.
- Reconcile subsidiary ledgers.
- Prepare monthly reports for the construction department.
- Prepare tax/audit schedules.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Sage and Textura software experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
