CONSTR MGT OVERHEAD CREW - CARPENTER

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Facility Services Manager, and Superintendent, the Carpenter/Building Mechanic performs a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of buildings and its components, systems, equipment, and ancillary areas for the operating facilities in CA's portfolio. Duties may also include participation in small scale construction projects, carpentry work with minimum supervision.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in building maintenance mechanics and building carpentry mechanics (3 years' experience).
  • Custom cabinetry work experience (preferred)
  • Requires a valid class C Maryland driver's license and a good driving record

Education:
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
