Principal Accountabilities
- Enter grade of carcass correctly and efficiently
- Run reports and edits throughout the day.
- Track taggers/USDA grades
- Responsible for inventory during shift and graded cattle are on their proper rail
- Constant communication with sales cooler personnel and rail runners in Fabrication
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
- Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous work history
