ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).
•Assist Conformal Coating Machine Technicians by loading boards into machines, applying conformal coating to areas of the printed circuit board that the machines cannot
•Manage boards going through UV ovens and unload boards from fixtures
•Inspect and touch-up conformal coated product
•Mask all specified areas to be protected from conformal coating
•Assist with masking removal as specified by customer and follow established procedures
•Inspect printed circuit boards for epoxy cure, bubbles and voids in epoxy using established procedures to ensure product quality
•Read and follow paper or electronic work instruction and engineering drawings
•Complete assignments within established labor standards
•Ensure conformal records are maintained in an orderly and accurate manner
•Ability to work in a controlled environment using solvents, acetone and coatings

•Verbal and written communication between co-workers and other departments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Experience in electronics manufacturing environment with electronic components is preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS
•Ability to apply conformal coating manually with good hand dexterity
•Ability to see details at a close range
•Must have strong attention to detail
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
•IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification is preferred
