Configuration Management with Security Clearance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads implementation of Configuration Management program and enforces rigorous compliance of same. Provides Configuration Management (CM) and logistics support for all Depot activities. Reviews/updates technical documentation and related work products required to perform Configuration Management and requirements management functions in support of C4I Depot Overhaul activities. Supports Depot efforts to develop, prepare, and update CM plans and associated documents. Supports Depot efforts to establish, maintain, and update configuration status accounting records. Supports Depot efforts to establish and maintain equipment/system locator records in Shop Workload Management System (SWMS) or designated depository that provides part number, location, serial number of items, configuration status, and traceability. Supports Depot efforts to establish computer program version configuration item identification. Ensures all CM related documentation is tracked and inventoried. Participates in preparations for, conduct of, and documentation of Depot Configuration Control Board (CCB). Performs as CCB secretary for all joint contractor/government teams performing required configuration audits for ongoing developments and sustained activities. Applies specialized knowledge and experience working performing and supporting the ten elements of logistics: Maintenance Planning; Manpower and Personnel; Supply Support Equipment; Technical Data; Training and Training Support; Computer Resources Support; Facilities; Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation; and Design Interface. REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years recent C4ISR or other relevant experience. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Location: San Diego, CA This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance. PREFERRED SKILLS
Associates or higher in Business Information Systems; Information Science; Business Management; Management Sciences; Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management.
Quality Management System (QMS) experience that is compatible with ISO 9001:2008.
REMARKS
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of Government and Contractor technical and management personnel.
Must have a demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Compensation: $39.89 - $64.12 hourly / $82,971 to $133,369 annually
