Junior to Mid- level Configuration Analyst.
Contract to Perm Hybrid
Responsible for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of configuration changes to front end systems. The role requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to work independently and proactively as well as demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service.
Define and gather business requirements and required test cases for configuration changes
Translate requirements into technical specifications.
Perform all configuration changes within applicable software test environments
Responsible for configuration, interface and application testing
Coordinating and documenting for all configuration activity for change control and auditing
Serve as subject matter expert for root cause analysis and issue resolution
Oversee process development and documentation for any new or altered functionality or business process. This will also include facilitating an annual audit of actual business processes versus what is documented
Suggested Experience
AS or BS and/or applicable professional experience.
2+ years of professional experience as business analysis including system configuration experience
1+ years of Healthcare Industry experience working on claims processing or similar applications
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization.
Technical experience should include HealthRules, Acuity, Optum CES, Facets or similar
Experience writing SQL queries.
