Salary Range: $60K-$65K/Annum

Job Description:

Expertise in Cisco Video Conferencing products mandatory

Provide technical support for audio and video conferencing systems in conference rooms and meeting spaces.

Set up and test audio-visual equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio, video, and connectivity in conference rooms.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of conference room equipment.

Assist in the planning and implementation of audio-visual upgrades and enhancements.

Conduct regular maintenance checks on audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with IT and network teams to address any network or connectivity issues affecting audio-video systems.

Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on the proper use of conference room equipment.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in audio-video conferencing.

Manage inventory of audio-visual equipment and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures for audio-video conference room setups.

Participate in the setup and support of virtual meetings and webinars.

Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events requiring audio-visua l support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for installations and upgrades.
