Conditioned Power Plant Manager

Job Description Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Clearance Required
Position is contingent upon award This position is responsible for supporting the 24-hour management of a physical plant providing continuous power and cooling to data centers and mission operations. Responsible for team of plant operators on a medium-sized and mission-critical operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, building services, and renovations program.
Job Responsibilities:
• Direct the operations and maintenance of the site's Conditioned Power Plant (CPP) Manager and all facility equipment supporting critical site operations.
• Responsible for notifying Government POCs on facilities significant events.

• Leads the certification and training program for the CPP Team

• Responsible for the management of Work Orders to include resource management and interfacing with customer representatives. • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Basic Job Requirements
