Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour (depending on abilities)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Concrete Laborer for a direct hire opportunity with our client in the Southeast Orlando area. The ideal candidate should have experience with concrete.
Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and organizing areas where concrete will be poured.
- Set up forms to hold concrete in place, ensuring they are properly aligned and leveled.
- Mix concrete using hand tools, portable mixers, or ready-mix trucks according to project specifications.
- Pour and spread concrete into forms, ensuring even distribution and proper thickness.
- Use rakes, shovels, and other tools to level and smooth concrete surfaces.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with the removal and replacement of damaged or defective concrete structures.
Qualifications:- General construction experience is required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a related construction role.
- Familiarity with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Additional training or certification in concrete work or construction is a plus.
