Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes to join our team as a Concrete Batch Plant Operator in Benton, AR Requirements: Experience operating concrete batch plants according to prescribed specifications and standards Monitor and adjust equipment controls to ensure proper batching and mixing of materials Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in batching and mixing materials Must work in all weather conditions and be prepared for both extreme heat and cold Must pass post offer drug screen Desired qualifications: Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and Ability to stand, squat, stoop, bend, lift for extended periods of time Ability to work unsupervised Must be able to work independently and maintain a schedule of work.
