Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman's CIO organization is currently seeking a Digital Content Developer to join our team in Roy, Utah. This role is responsible and accountable for developing presentations and utilizing collaboration tools to detail and promote direction for CIO strategy and operational activities related to Northrop Grumman business conducted by the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division in Northern Utah and other locations throughout the United States. Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for developing content, maintaining content strategy, as well as creating deliverables for wide audience distribution
• Creation of new content in various formats for Executive Level Meetings including graphic development, charts, graphs, roadmaps and other presentation artifacts
• Development and maintenance of Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence and Trello)
• Development and maintenance of workflows in ServiceNow
• Proofread content gathered before it is published on internal systems and documents
• Increase the value of utilization of our online collaboration tools (Teams, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow)
• Perform background research as needed on topics related to presentation content
• Follow Enterprise and Sector formatting standards for documentation, presentation, and deliverables
• Effectively interact with members of the CIO, Information Technology, and program managers to gather details on strategies to support goals and objectives, and utilize to build content This can be filled at a higher level based on the requirements below. Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
• Experience building media content
• Understanding of common Information Systems Technologies
• Candidates must have an Active DOD Secret security clearancein order tobe considered.
• Basic Qualifications Level 2 : Bachelors Degree and 2 years of related experience. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for the degree.
• Basic Qualifications Level 3 : Bachelors Degree and 5 years of related experience. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for the degree. Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior Northrop Grumman Sector-specific experience.
• Broad background in IT Infrastructure, business applications, and operations
• Executive presentation skills and experience
• Graphics design Salary Range: $68,500 - $102,700
Salary Range 2: $84,200 - $126,400 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
