Computer Support Technician with Security Clearance

Computer Support Technician: Location: Gulfport, MS
Salary: SCA Rate + Health & Welfare Start date: Contingent upon Award
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent
• 4 years' experience in 3M (Maintenance, Material and Management) workstation and user operator experience/expertise for Technical Data Networks (TDN), Enterprise Tactical Command and Control Local Area Network Suite (NETC2), Rapid Response Key (RRK) and Expeditionary Deployable Node (EDN)

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification eligibility and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements.

• A valid up to date Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) Security+ Certification or have equivalent qualifications (Equivalent NEC/Rate, Information System Maintenance Technician (731A), Information System Security Manager (741A), Network Security Vulnerability Technician (742A). SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Secret clearance or Interim secret clearance
Responsibilities/Requirements:
• Technical Writer/Operator expertise in tactical data network systems

• 4 years of experience in understanding Technical Manuals, Communication Information System Manuals, Tactical Communication Manuals, and directives or instructions and procedures.

• 2 years of knowledge and experience in the capabilities and functionalities of Microsoft Office Suite.

• 2 years in working knowledge of basic computer networking skills to include, but not limited to, hardware (switch, router, blade server, net app, fire walls) and software (Windows 10, Virtue Machines (VM) Ware, MS Shareware server, MS Server 2012, MS Scanner, MS Exchange Server 2016 (emails).

• 2 years of Information Maintenance Security and Information Network Systems experience.

• Be a U.S Citizen (proof of citizenship required).
SECRET security clearance required.
