The Computer Help Desk team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Computer Helpdesk Technician at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

About the Role:
The Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for Hajoca Profit Center support requests, providing technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products.

You will:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming support requests and phone calls related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Document all phone calls in the ServiceNow platform.

• Walk customer through problem-solving process with remote assistance tools.

• Install, modify, and repair software.

• Learn basic Eclipse support functions (training will be provided)

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.

• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer expectations.

• Recommend procedure improvements.

• Work with the Infrastructure team, as necessary, to get resolution for customers.

• Attend trainings as needed.

• Provide deskside support for internal teams.

About You:

• College degree preferred.

• 2 or more years of computer help desk support experience.

• CompTIA A+ preferred, Net+ preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10

• Familiar with client PC connectivity; including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN

• Understand basic Active Directory concepts (security groups, Group Policy, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of MS Office productivity suite (2016, 2019), experience supporting Office 365.

• Knowledge of help desk software, hardware, and remote control assistance.

• Experience working with an Incident Management tracking tool.

• Demonstrate and have a track record of excellent customer service.

• Be able to effectively research a problem and come up with a resolution.

• Possess excellent communication and documentation skills, easily translating technical knowledge into actionable direction for customers.

• Be willing to work in Lafayette Hill, PA up to four days a week.

• Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.
