Job Description GDIT is seeking a Program Expert to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA) Program. NSWCDD DNA utilizes Research & Development and Engineering to develop innovative, affordable, and effective threat-driven integrated training systems, cyber warfare, fleet readiness and sustainment solutions for the Naval Warfighter. NSWCDD DNA has a requirement to design, develop, produce, deploy and test prototypes in support of its stated mission. • Builds and codes applications and/or models using various computer programming languages

• Program Expert responsibilities include providing guidance and direction to employees about various programs within the organization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

• Required Experience: 15 years of full time experience in network computer equipment and routine computer programming.

• Required Technical Skills: Proven work experience as a Program Expert or similar role
Strong knowledge of budgeting, researching, and report writing
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
Good time management and organizational skills
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program Specialist
• Security Clearance Level: Secret

• Required Skills and Abilities: Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule
Create monthly and/or quarterly budgets for all company programs
Provide consultation services regarding compliance with tax laws, policies, and company procedures
Report feedback on the success and/or failure of certain projects and activities
