Hybrid Downtown Washington D.C. 2-3 Days a week Onsite
Active Top Secret Clearance Required Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a 508 Compliance Tester to join their team. This role will be responsible for auditing a suite of 36 modules for accessibility compliance. While auditing a module, you will document concerns as stories in JIRA and also attend design sessions as the accessibility advocate. Additionally, this role will: - Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts
- Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives
- Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable
- Track defects to closure and keep the defect repository up-to-date Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree, or 3+ years of related experience with an Associates Degree is required
- Experience with JAWS, ANDI, and WAVE is required
- Experience with the WCAG success criterion is required
- Experience with accessibility auditing and documenting remediation plans is required Preferred Requirements
- A Certified DHS Trusted Tester certification is preferred
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Working knowledge of the SAFe methodology
- Any experience with Pega Education/Certification Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree, or 3+ years of related experience with an Associates Degree is required Clearance Requirements
