The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance system for all programs for the organization in conjunction with the Director of Program Compliance (DPC). The role involves ensuring that the company and its employees adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The Compliance Specialist will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and mitigate risks. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
  • Assist with developing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures to align with current regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to compliance related policies relevant to stakeholders.
  • Conduct random and targeted audits using Columbus Group, L&C, CARF, and program review checklists. If needed, make recommendations for oversight staff to ensure problem areas are corrected.
  • Track data and report findings monthly to the DPC monthly
  • Documents and communicates all audit findings to appropriate personnel and ensure a timely resolution.
  • Assist with oversight of main office client file system to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain organized records for audit purposes.

Compensation details: 26.75-30.11 Hourly Wage
