Position: Investment Compliance & Operations Analyst

Our Client: Join a prestigious asset manager based in Charlotte, NC, with billions under management. Our client boasts over 40 years of success, serving sophisticated institutional investors with stable, diversified equity, and fixed-income products. This role with interface with nearly all areas of the organization including traders, operations, marketing and analysts.

Location: Uptown Charlotte - parking provided

Hours: Hybrid - 4 days remote - standard business hours with flexibility

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, implementing, and assessing our client's compliance and legal program. This includes keeping up with regulations, rules, standards, governance, policy and any applicable laws and ensuring the firm and its investments adhere to compliance standards.

Collaborate on creating and managing equity trade orders.

Facilitate the accumulation and dissemination of crucial firm and product data to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in compliance or audit - previous investments experience a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred

CPA of CFA preferred, but not required

Strong understanding of financial markets.

Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Proactive approach to continuous improvement and change management.

Proficiency in project management and multitasking.

Excellent client management and communication skills.

Team player with a flexible work style.

Compensation:

Flexible based on experience - $90-110k
