Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or Management or Business Administration or Law. Knowledge of or experience with analyzing legal or regulatory requirements, evaluating internal codes of practice, addressing non-compliance, establishing lines of accountability and responsibility, identifying and managing non-conformance and irregular practices, risk identification and quantification, risk evaluation management and mitigation processes, corporate financial structures and reports, terminology and concepts of finance and accounting, audit principles, audit and review processes, internal and external audit requirements, and consequence management.
