Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Compliance Inspector, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and managing the resale inspection software to ensure all financial operations are in line with the company's compliance standards.
2. Performing routine and ad-hoc inspections and audits on various financial activities, reporting findings, and making recommendations for improvement.
3. Planning and scheduling quality inspections in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance standards are understood and adhered to across all departments.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
6. Staying abreast of changes in regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
7. Providing advice and guidance on compliance matters to various stakeholders within the company.
8. Conducting training sessions to educate employees about compliance standards and the importance of adhering to them.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this exciting role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Compliance Inspector role, or a similar role within the finance industry.
3. Certified Standards Advisor (CSA) or Community Standards Advisor certification is highly desirable.
4. Proven experience with monitoring resale inspection software and performing inspections and related reporting.
5. Exceptional planning and scheduling skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
7. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. A high level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding the company's compliance standards.
9. A strong understanding of the finance industry, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
