About the Opportunity:
- CFS is working with our client in Franklin, TN to locate a Compliance Analyst as their Risk & Compliance team is growing.
- This opportunity is hybrid, and the environment is business casual.
- 8:00 - 5:00 and Hybrid Schedule
- The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring adherence with reporting, audits, and verifications on industry requirements as well as internal policies.
- The perfect Compliance Analyst candidate is detailed, a strong critical thinker, organized, able to multitask, adaptable, and can effectively communicate.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Understand and keep track of regulations for reporting, audits, and verifications.
- Lead compliance efforts, including managing internal and external reporting, audits, and verifications.
- Make recommendations to improve reporting, auditing, and verification processes to comply with regulations.
- Work with the Regulatory Manager on compliance projects and plans.
- Manage the scheduling and documentation of reporting, audits, and verifications.
- Submit required quarterly and annual compliance reports for regulated programs.
- Keep compliance records updated, including standard operating procedure documents and reporting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of industry/compliance/ and reporting experience combined
