PRG Technical, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled Complaint Management Engineer to join a dynamic team in managing and coordinating investigations, documentation, communications, and issue resolution related to customer complaints. This exciting role involves working with cutting-edge products, services, and shipments in the power utility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and report on technical, logistical, and service-related issues stemming from customer complaints.
  • Employ engineering principles and 8D methodologies to analyze and resolve complaints.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP (MRP system) and MS Office applications to streamline the complaint process.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and internal/external audits.
  • Organize and lead internal meetings to discuss and resolve complaint-related issues.
  • Maintain established KPIs related to the complaint process, aligning with the "Yes We Care" (YWC) initiative.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Solid experience in mechanical, electrical, and chemical considerations related to power utility products.
  • Proficiency in MRP systems, with SAP experience being highly preferred.
  • Technical writing expertise with the ability to create and comprehend technical reports.
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and 8D methodologies.

  • Experience with SAP MRP system, navigating data searches, and data entry in various T-codes.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing priorities, data, time, and communications.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Regular full-time
  • Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Travel: Minimal travel within the US and possibly overseas (Germany)
