Work you'll do As a Competency Management Support Specialist, you will: Work directly with the competency management Team Strategic communications and marketing efforts to reach key internal and external stakeholders Gather customer requirements for Competency Management surveys and reports Effectively engage and inform customer stakeholders to achieve the goals of the business unit(s), and support Competency Management reporting and data collection efforts Work directly with team leaders to create change management and strategic plans Create high quality deliverables to include but not limited to: Presentations, Briefings, Email announcements, Surveys The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
