Company Store Clerk
Adecco is now hiring for one of the largest health food and supplement companies, and this is your chance to work with them in their Valencia and San Fernando locations. The store clerk will open, operate, and close three separate Company stores at the production facilities. Performs a variety of duties including cash management, inventory management, ordering and stocking products, and preparing accurate close-outs for accounting. This is a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel between three employee stores located at facilities in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.
  • Opening/closing stores, handling cash from registers, and preparing store deposits and close-out documentation
  • Performing daily audits of cash registers and maintaining accurate records
  • Applying employee monthly allowance to store purchases and keeping accurate records.
  • Ordering, stocking, and ensuring constant inventory in the stores.
  • Pulling store orders from pallets in the warehouse and carrying them to respective stores, as well as verifying packing slips against orders.
  • Using two different point of sales systems to apply cash and credit transactions, and manage inventory.

Requirements:
  • Retail/cash register experience
  • Customer service experience skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate record systems.
  • Experience with POS Systems
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment including computer experience with MS Outlook and Teams.
  • Must be able to work in a physical environment including, standing, walking and able to handle packages weighing up to 20 pounds.

Shifts Available:
San Fernando Store
Tuesday, 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM and Thursday, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Valencia - Store
Wednesday 7:30 AM to 8 AM and 12 PM-3 PM

Valencia-2 nd location
Monday, 12 pm to 4 pm

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
