Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead team meetings as necessary.
- Assess, support, and intervene in crisis situations.
- Provide guidance and coaching on socialization, development, and daily living skills.
- Motivate individuals to achieve treatment objectives.
- Complete required documentation.
- Attend organizational meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of relevant experience working with children and families.
- Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to engage in moderate day travel.
