As a Community Relations Manager, you'll contribute to creating a positive, productive environment while upholding professional marketing, advertising, and customer service standards. This role involves engaging with customers to promote products and services, attending regular training sessions and campaign meetings, and focusing on new customer acquisition and retention. You'll work closely with clients daily to discuss promotions, issue service quotations, and onboard new accounts. Extensive event marketing planning is also part of this exciting role.
