In this entry-level role, the Community Outreach & Customer Service member will use their enthusiasm to assist the on-site community outreach team with all tasks associated with developing and achieving the company's overall marketing plan and providing excellent customer service.



Community Outreach & Customer Service Duties:

  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
  • Community engagement in person with potential buyers
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members
  • Take initiative and resolve escalations or objections
  • Process orders and data entry with high-level precision
  • Represent the company as needed at community events and networking gatherings
  • Record and maintain accurate statistical data on all individuals approached
