Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our brand new luxury tower, locate din the heart of downtown San Diego, near Petco Park. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential property management, specifically within the luxury sector, and will be adept at using RealPage software. With a strong focus on leasing, customer service, and community engagement, the Community Manager will be responsible for creating an extraordinary living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the residential community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure our community meets the highest standards of quality and service
  • Assist in handling resident service requests and concerns
  • Manage team of on-site leasing agents
  • Marketing apartments by promoting rentals on the phone and in person, demonstrate apartments and community to prospective residents, sell apartment features, secure deposits from prospective residents
  • Analyze and monitor market conditions to anticipate market trends that could affect profitability of the community
  • Ensure all rent payments are collected from both current and previous residents
  • Utilize RealPage property management software for tracking, reporting, and auditing all community operations
  • Develop and implement leasing plans and strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Foster a positive, active and collaborative community environment to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate and lead community events and initiatives to engage residents and promote a strong sense of community

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in residential property management, with a focus on luxury communities
  • Proficiency in using RealPage property management software
  • Proven track record in leasing, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and tenant relations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of community operations, including maintenance, security, customer service, etc.
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations related to property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
