ChristianaCare is hiring a full time Community Health Program Coordinator for the Hospital Violence Intervention Program and Emergency Department Community Health Worker programs.
As a Program Coordinator you would support the program development, operations, and evaluation, working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program implementation, assuring data is collected by staff as required, and ensuring program goals are met.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8a - 4:30p
- Occasional Weekends

Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years' experience in program administration, program leadership, coordination, etc. required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- People leadership a plus.
- Public speaking, group facilitation, and excellent writing skills preferred.
- Computer experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations required.
