GENERAL SUMMARY The Community Behavioral Health Analyst identifies and monitors strategic drivers with internal and external stakeholders and supports the data gathering, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics. This position works with a high degree of autonomy, acts as a key contributor to the Center's efforts in obtaining and maintaining its Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) certification status with HHSC and ensures the timely completion of project milestones of the 1115 Waiver program. Incumbent assists the Senior Director of Community Behavioral Health. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. Participates in the development and evaluation of Center policies and procedures to ensure integration of quality standards of practice, performance, and outcomes metrics into all aspects of Center operations. Collaborates with multiple Center business units (IT, ABH, CBH, Primary Care, etc.) and other external community stakeholders to optimize day-to-day operations and quality assurance. Researches, collects, and validates project metrics and data to facilitate the implementation of Center-wide initiatives and meet reporting deadlines and evaluation requirements, and then produce insights to optimize and meet performance metrics. Develops project management plan(s) to include the monitoring of strategic goals for service, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, and employee development in accordance with the Center's strategic plans (e.g., CCBHC, 1115 Waiver, etc.). Monitors and conducts ongoing quality assurance, performance, certification standards, criteria (e.g. CHCS is in compliance with CCBHC certifications standards), and quality metrics. Participates in applicable CHCS Councils and HHSC CCBHC Workgroups as it relates to CCBHC re-certification process, standards, and measure specifications. Assists and updates the Sr. Director of Community Behavioral Health Systems on strategic initiatives and performance metrics, CHCS councils, and CHCS leadership as applicable. Performs other related duties as required. MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Business, Health Administration, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in change management processes and project management implementation of healthcare-related programs. Licenses or Certifications None Other Requirements Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company's auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business. Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Behavioral Health with clinical licensure. Five plus (5+) years' experience in healthcare services industry or knowledge of wellness-oriented trauma-informed care. SUPERVISION Job has no responsibility for the direction or supervision of others.
