Description : Markon is seeking a Communication specialist with a background in graphic design, market analysis and tech writing to support our Intelligence Customer. Responsibilities: Develop Customer Engagement Strategy, to include best methods and mechanisms for both internal and external outreach efforts. Develop and integrate brand architecture across communication mediums Conduct annual communication audits including engagement surveys and focus group metrics Attend working groups, draft meeting minutes and collaborate with Customer Engagement Lead to address component communication requirements consistent with overall business strategy Gather and analyze data from customers and stakeholders impacted by marketing/advertising efforts to understand customer needs Provide public relations services to develop and implement strategic communication plans Develop communication plans identifying effective channels and tools to engage workforce and customers Implement metrics to assess the impact of communication Design and develop publications, brochures, infographics, interactive pdfs, presentations, motion graphics, exhibits, displays, posters, and wall graphics Design content for digital Signage Systems. Job Requirements Requirements: Experience with graphic design Experience with technical writing 3-5 years of marketing experience Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software Travel 0 - 10% Location Herndon, VA - Herndon, VA US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Job Type Full-time Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Marketing/Communications Exemption Type Exempt Date Needed By Security Clearance TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph
