Communication Technology Specialist

Fidelity Workplace Consulting is hiring a communication technology specialist who can serve as the subject matter authority for several communication technologies (e.g., virtual events, surveys, websites). In this role, you will work with colleagues to configure and update these platforms to meet client needs.

Our communication and change management team crafts strategies, develops content and executes campaigns to engage and educate employees about changes to their benefits and in their workplace. In short, we design and deploy employee-facing communications based on the needs of each client.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years professional experience
• Proven experience learning how to operate self-service digital platforms
• Serving in a role in which you have become a subject matter expert for a business process or technology
• Experience overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions to potential barriers

• Natural curiosity to learn and master new technologies
• Ability to think critically and ask probing questions to identify underlying needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
