Responsibilities


  • We are looking for a Manager, Commissions to help drive clients to the next phase of growth.

  • Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for leading the compensation plan design, administration, and analysis for our Sales organization

  • You'll work directly with our Sales, Finance, People, and Operations Leadership teams to drive our compensation strategy, deployment, and administration for our high growth Sales Organization

  • Orchestrate incentive compensation strategy across Sales, Channels, Account Management, and Customer Success roles

  • Provide insights and analysis needed to ensure incentive compensation strategies will drive desired outcomes

  • Drive consistency and simplicity in sales incentive compensations strategy

  • Define and establish process and documentation on rules of engagement, quota attainment, revenue attribution and seller roles/responsibilities in collaboration with other stakeholders

  • Develop, maintain, and update commissions systems and processes critical to the administration and reporting of compensation and sales team metrics

  • Ensures timely and accurate sales incentive administration, pay distribution, & budgeting/forecasting on a monthly & quarterly basis
