The Carlisle Group has been retained to search for a Commercial Lines Insurance Underwriter. Our client is an AM Best "A" rated insurance carrier. They are headquartered in Jamestown, ND. This is a remote location opportunity in ND/SD/IA or MN.
Position Summary
The primary responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Underwriter are to analyze, appraise, and determine exposure and acceptable risks for business, and to determine coverage and premium that are both adequate and competitive. The position's focus is to build strong relationships with our agents, to identify and write new accounts, and to retain profitable renewal business.
