Lynch Truck Center has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Truck Upfit Technician. In this role, you will be provided hands-on training to effectively perform installations, modifications, and upfits on a wide range of commercial vehicles, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Prior experience in welding, electrical work, carpentry and other hands-on projects is helpful, we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Install and customize various components and accessories, including but not limited to: racks, shelving, lighting, decals, toolboxes, and safety equipment.
Install various bodies such as flat beds, utility bodies, and box trucks.
Wire in lights and other electric accessories.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
Experience with power tools, wiring, and measuring is desired, we will train the right people.
Prior fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to learn and grow in the position.
Positive, task-focused mindset and willingness to be a part of a team.
