We recently partnered with one of the TOP roofing companies in the country that is looking for a Commercial Roofing Safety Director.

Roofing Safety Director Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Safety Director in the Commercial Roofing Industry
  • Safety Director has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
  • Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.
  • Monitor projects with respect to current status and time and materials
  • Conduct regular meetings with managers and field workers
  • Review and analyze budget reports and prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendations

Roofing Safety Director Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, construction processes and theories as a Safety Director
  • Ability to identify, correct and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards
  • Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
  • Build and develop productive working relationships with other department managers and management personnel
  • Able to understand complex problems and make decisions to benefit everyone as much as possible
