Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years supervising and installing ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS.
• Project Management: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a must.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and job tracking capabilities.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams as a Project Manager.
• Technical Reading: Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting construction drawings.
• Safety and Quality: Ability to conduct and participate in safety meetings and manufacturer inspections. Ensure safety walks, quality walks, and daily completion of QC/QA forms.
• Licenses: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Work Ethic: Must be a team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, and able to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and track project progress.
• Lead and motivate the roofing team to achieve project goals.
