Job DetailsAs a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from start to finish:
- Lead/oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure quality completion on-time and on budget
- Manage and mentor roofing crews, ensuring they have the necessary resources, equipment, and training to excel in their roles
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators for management
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Commercial Roofing as a Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus, but not required
