Commercial Roofing Foreman

JR & Co. is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman (FT) to join our energetic and family-oriented construction company. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as a foreman and at least 5 years roofing experience including work with materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc. A JR & Co., Inc. Essential Job Functions: Review shop drawings and site plans with Project Manager and complete pre-job walkthrough with Project Manager or Estimator. Track and review crew members timesheets weekly for accurate reporting, resolve any issues and ensure prompt submission by the deadline Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA at all times Work alongside crews to install quality roofing systems Coordinate with Operations Manager and/or Warehouse Staff to manage trailer, inventory and re-stock weekly Complete daily reports using Buildertrend / Procore Required Education, Skills and Abilities: Hold and maintain a valid Driver's License OSHA 10-hour training (minimum) (or be willing to obtain if offered a position) 3+ years experience as a foreman with 5+ years of roofing experience Willing to travel, work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights) in an outdoor environment (all weather types) Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater Frequent bending, kneeling, walking Notice of E-Verify Participation and Pre-Placement Drug Screening JR & Co.
