TPO Roof Installer/Welder
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.
- Ability to receive instruction and produce work accordingly.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- This position works outside every day in all weather conditions as this is a year-round job.
- Install, Removal, Repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems under the direction of a foreman.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
- Thorough understanding of quality building practices.
- Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Must have valid drivers license.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid drivers license.
- Knowledge of tapered ISO system, hand welding, Flashing roof drains, Flat roofing repairs.
- Ability to work late when necessary.
- Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to lbs.
- Willing to complete all pre-employment background check, physical and drug screens.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
