We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our fast-paced team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative environment where your ideas will be valued and your skills will be challenged. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing paralegal support to the commercial real estate team in all aspects of real estate, including transactions, finance, leasing, and title and survey matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing closing documents, contracts, and leases.
2. Review and redline contracts for commercial real estate transactions.
3. Assist in commercial leasing matters, including drafting and reviewing leases, amendments, and other lease-related documents.
4. Conduct title and survey reviews, prepare title objection notices, and coordinate with title companies to resolve any issues.
5. Draft and review Letters of Intent (LOIs) for potential real estate acquisitions or dispositions.
6. Assist in due diligence, document preparation, and closing coordination.
7. Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel, brokers, lenders, and other parties involved in commercial real estate transactions.
8. Maintain organized and up-to-date files for all real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role focusing on commercial real estate - strong preference for experience with buyer-side transactions.
2. Proficient in preparing and reviewing closing documents, contracts, and commercial leases.
3. Experience in title and survey review, drafting and reviewing LOIs, and preparing title objection notices.
4. Familiarity with buyer-side commercial transactions, including due diligence and document preparation.
5. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
9. Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
