Opportunity for OVERTIME
PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plumbers will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly on commercial buildings.
PLUMBER JOB DUTIES:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and pipes
- Review Blueprints and schematics- Journeyman level plumbers should be efficient
- Follow local and state plumbing codes
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures using mechanical solder, brazing and pipe joining methods.
- Using hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing trade
- Ensure installed pipes and systems pass inspections
PLUMBER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have recent experience in commercial new construction plumbing and/or renovations.
- Must have a current state-issued journeyman or apprentice plumbing license.
- Must be Osha 10 certified.
- Must have proper identification for employment.
- Must have hand tools required for plumbing.
