Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

1. Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial execution.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters.
3. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
4. Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.
5. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients.

Job Details

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
4. Proven experience in dispute resolution.
5. Exceptional knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules, and the democratic political process.
