This role involves handling a diverse range of cases, including construction, real estate, and business litigation. The successful candidate will manage cases from start to finish, including drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and preparing for and attending trials.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse range of cases from start to finish in the construction, real estate, and business litigation fields
• Draft motions and briefs with precision and accuracy
• Conduct depositions, defending and opposing as required
• Represent the firm in court appearances
• Prepare thoroughly for trial and attend trial proceedings
• Maintain stability and continuity throughout the litigation process
• Utilize legal software for efficient case management and documentation
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters
• Resolve client complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Utilize strong writing skills for effective communication and presentation of cases.
