Job Details3+ years of litigation experience
Should be comfortable handling most aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances.
Ideal candidate will have health-care related experience
