Our prestigious law firm is seeking to hire a Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney with a specialized focus in commercial litigation, construction, and real estate. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for litigation and a desire to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced attorneys, handle complex litigation matters, and provide strategic legal advice to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing your caseload, which includes a variety of commercial litigation, construction, and real estate matters. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and court appearances.
2. Representing clients in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
3. Providing strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of complex commercial litigation, construction, and real estate matters.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
5. Collaborating with a team of attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
6. Meeting the firm's billable hours requirement of 1800 hours per year.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be barred in Arizona (AZ).
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction and real estate.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve results.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively in the face of complex legal issues.
9. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
