Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain an established portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional client services, including obtaining insurance quotes, renewing policies, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Continuously strive to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, Account Management for book of $1MM+
• Proven track record of providing exceptional client services and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
• Strong knowledge of obtaining insurance quotes, renewing policies, and other key aspects of commercial lines insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active property and casualty license.
