What You'll Do - Serves our customers' best interest by accurately identifying their needs and the scope of work required to achieve 100% satisfaction.
- Expertly performs maintenance and repairs that result in correct, safe, and efficient operation of our customer's equipment.
- Introduces additional products and services that satisfy customer needs and results in increased service opportunities.
- Proactively contacts for introduction, notifies customer of estimated arrival time, verify services needed.
- Actively communicates add-on services, available discounts and offers comfort assurance and preventative maintenance agreements to customers.
- Provides excellent customer service through clear communication and high-quality service.
- Inspects and tests systems to verify proper and safe functionality or to detect and locate malfunctions
- Performs service calls including preventative maintenance, system issues or repairs
- Troubleshoots non-working equipment and systems, determines course of action needed, presents options and quotes to the customer, based on the customer's decision, either replaces parts that are defective or coordinates and schedules a follow-up service call or upgrades.
- Coordinates with purchasing to ensure repair materials are ordered for timely delivery.
- Follows warranty procedures and complies with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and a clean work area.
- Records customer, HVAC equipment information, repair and service follow-up information; as well as needed and used inventory in tablet, sync tablet prior to and following each call; prepares invoices and collects payments.
What you need to succeed: - 2 years of Commercial HVAC experience required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR.

Physical Requirements:- Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Must be okay with working in small, confined spaces
- Must be okay with heights
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
- Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
